You do not have to stop drinking this week.

You can keep drinking this week if you choose—your job is awareness. (The only exception: no drinking during our live coaching call.)

This week is about getting honest, getting aware, and getting ready. You’ll step out of shame and into curiosity as you:

  • Notice your patterns, triggers, and “auto-pilot” moments

  • Challenge the beliefs about alcohol that are keeping you stuck

  • Make a firm decision to commit to your break in Weeks 2–5

Weeks 2-5: A Mindful Break

Take a break from alcohol and create more focus, energy, and freedom as you move through my 4-R Method:
  • RECOGNIZE the patterns, triggers, and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck.

  • REPLACE old coping habits with tools that actually support you—especially in the moments you’d normally reach for a drink.

  • REWIRE how alcohol has been shaping your brain (and the way you respond to stress), so urges don’t run the show.

  • RENEW your confidence, self-trust, and ability to show up the way you want to—at home, at work, and in your life.

     

Week 6: Future You Framework
